• Voluntary Submission: Providing this information is strictly voluntary. You are given the clear option to decline providing your name and surname, in which case you can continue to enjoy the App without participating in the public leaderboard.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

The sole purpose of collecting your name and score is to facilitate global competition. This allows users from around the world to compare their scores and compete on the global leaderboard.

3. Data Storage and Security

We take the protection of your data seriously. If you choose to submit your details for the global high score list, your name, surname, and corresponding score are transmitted to and stored on a secure server. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect this data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Data Access and Public Display

Because the purpose of the leaderboard is to foster global competition, the data you submit will be public. By choosing to submit your name and surname to the global high score list, you acknowledge and agree that this information, alongside your score, will be visible to all other users of the App.

We respect your privacy. The developer will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

You retain full control over your personal data. If your name, surname, and score are displayed on the global high score list, you have the right to:

• Request the complete deletion of your data from our servers and the public leaderboard.
